Refund policy for LStyle LLC.
Returns I strive to supply quality products and I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, please contact me and I will and will work with you to ensure you are satisfied.
Requests for refunds or exchanges must be received within 7 days after delivery confirmation and shipped back to me within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
To return an item, first please contact me via email with your original receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Personalized/custom order items are not eligible for return. Earrings are also not eligible for return due to certain health, safety, and hygiene guidelines.
When shipping a return, shipping insurance and tracking (to prove delivery) is required. The customer is responsible for the shipping fee of the returned item(s).
Ineligible Returns:
✓Earrings
✓Personalized or customized items
✓Items not in original condition, damaged or missing parts
✓Items past return date
✓Items without original receipt
Before you return a product, please make sure that:
✓You have emailed me and included a copy of your receipt
✓The product is eligible for a refund
✓The delivery date of the product is within the last 7 days
✓The product is in its original packaging

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
